Jae Hoon Kwon is the Chief Executive Officer of ACRO. He holds an M.S. in Biostatistics and is a Ph.D. candidate in Regulatory Innovation through Science.
His work spans CRO operations, oncology biostatistics, and the governance of national R&D projects. At ACRO, he leads the organization's focus on oncology Phase 1 advisory and quantitative pharmacology, anchored at a research-intensive university hospital.
He works at the intersection of academic statistical methodology and industry clinical development — bringing biostatistical depth to trial design, dose strategy, and regulatory submissions, and connecting investigators, sponsors, and hospital partners across the research lifecycle.
