An academic CRO is a strange place to work — in a good way.

Real Research

Our biostatisticians publish first-author papers. Our medical writers have h-indexes. Whatever you study at ACRO ends up in the literature, not just a CSR.

Cross-Pollination

Clinical, research, and intelligence teams share the same project rooms. The person designing the trial talks to the person writing the manuscript and the person modeling the budget impact.

Boston–Seoul Mobility

Formal partnerships with Boston-cluster groups mean visiting researcher slots, joint projects, and methodology exchanges — for people who want them.

Hiring Process

What to expect

We move quickly and communicate clearly at every step. Most offers go out within three weeks of first contact.

01

Application Review

We read every application ourselves. A CV and one paper you're proud of are the best starting points — stronger than a cover letter.

02

Methodology Screen

A 30-minute call with a senior team member to discuss your methodological background, the role, and whether there's a fit on both sides.

03

Technical Interview

A structured discussion of domain knowledge, real case examples, and how you think through methodology problems. No trick questions.

04

Offer

Decisions are made at team level, not by committee. You'll hear from us within a week of the final interview — and we mean it.

Don't see the right role?

We always make time for strong methodologists.

Send us your CV and a paper you're proud of.
